Kanban Management Professional ii or KMP II class is a 2 days class for Kanban method practitioners who want to roll out and learn the application of Kanban across the organisation and at scale. This class focuses on the roll-out and daily operation of multiple kanban systems. You will consider what type of Kanban initiative is most appropriate for your organisation and how to manage and evolve inter-dependent kanban systems over time without trauma.
Learn how to improve agility with asymmetrical commitment and the seven key feedback loops and cadences. The class also covers handling metrics, and setting policies.
Also see companion course KMP 1, and the team practitioner course, Kanban for the Whole Team.
